Users with the Site Admin role can manually add users to existing user segments.
Step 1: Click on "Site admin", followed by "User Management", then "Manage site wide segments."
Step 2: Click on the User Segment you wish to add users to.
Step 3: Select the role you wish for these users to have when in their segment, the default is “learner”. Highlight the users you wish to move into the selected segment.
By organising users into segments, you can efficiently assign courses, track progress, and communicate important updates specific to each user segment, enhancing the overall training experience.
